IJ specializes in formulating vitreous and devitrifying sealing glasses such as solder glass or glass frit. Glazing material as well as glass coating material for various metals/alloys and ceramics are available.
The typical glazes include the following:
- Glazing on alumina before or after Mo/Mn metallization
- Glazing on borides, carbides and nitrides
- Glass coating on Al, Cu and SST
- Glass coating on graphite and diamond
